The engineering of our volleyball posts begins with post mechanics. We utilize a dual-post structure (comprising a heavy steel outer tube and a thick telescopic inner tube) that adjusts heights smoothly without structural sag. Steel posts are zinc-plated and powder-coated to resist indoor sweat humidity and outdoor elements.
Net tensioning is controlled via an internal, high-ratio brass worm-gear winch. This winch allows operators to reach optimal net tension without recoil risk, and prevents cable slipping under heavy ball impact or player net contact during play.
We secure the posts into the ground using flush-fit heavy brass sockets chemically anchored into the concrete foundation. The floor sleeves feature flip-top lid plates that sit completely flush with the wood, polyurethane, or PVC floor surface, keeping multi-purpose halls safe when volleyball posts are stored.

Posts must sit exactly 0.50m to 1.0m outside the side lines of the court, keeping players safe from hitting the metal tubes during chase play.
Net height must be measured exactly at the center of the court using a measuring rod. The height at the two side lines must not exceed center height by more than 2cm.
Two red-and-white striped fiberglass antennas must be fastened vertically to the net directly above each side line to clearly mark the in-bounds boundaries.
